Working with Rose has been a truly transformative experience. Her sessions go far beyond learning Polish—they build confidence in communication while offering a genuine understanding of the culture. From our very first lesson, I felt her warmth, encouragement, and unwavering support. Rose’s approach is thoughtful, patient, and highly personalized. Every lesson is tailored to my goals and learning pace, and she continually motivates and inspires me to achieve more. Thanks to her guidance, I not only became confident speaking Polish but also quickly built meaningful friendships and valuable professional connections. This has been a life-changing learning journey, and I’m deeply grateful to Rose. She is far more than a language teacher—she is a trusted mentor and a guide to new opportunities.

YmeksKnowing how challenging Polish can be—especially its pronunciation—I started lessons with Rose in February, expecting the journey to be difficult. To my surprise, her teaching methods helped me master correct pronunciation much faster than I imagined. Her personalized approach, tailored to real-life situations and individual needs, made it easy to use Polish confidently in everyday life. What makes the experience even more enjoyable is the warm, relaxed atmosphere she creates while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The compliments I now receive about my Polish are a testament to how much progress we've made together. I will definitely continue my Polish language journey with Rose. She is, without a doubt, the best language coach in Warsaw!

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your services only for Turkish companies?
We work mainly in the Türkiye-Poland corridor, but we also serve international companies coming from other markets. We work in Turkish, English and Polish.
I don't know where to start. What should I do?
Start with the Poland Business Assessment — a focused 45-minute session. We clarify your situation, your goals and the steps ahead together. The fee is deducted from the package you choose.
How is your pricing set?
We price on a fixed-scope basis per service. No surprise invoices. In the first session we identify the right package for your needs.
How long does it take to set up a company in Poland?
Registering a standard LLC (sp. z o.o.) usually takes 1–2 weeks. Through the S24 electronic route this can come down to 3–5 business days. Remote setups requiring apostilles and document certification can take 3–4 weeks. When the process is structured correctly from the start, unexpected delays don't happen.
Should we set up an LLC or open a branch?
The two carry different legal and tax consequences. An LLC is a separate legal entity — a branch is an extension of the parent company in Poland. In the first session we decide together which one fits you in terms of profit transfers, tax obligations and operational flexibility.
Do I need to be physically present in Poland?
No. With a notarised power of attorney and an apostille, we can set up your company without you leaving Türkiye. We manage the remote setup from start to finish.
Can a foreign national set up a company in Poland?
Yes. Turkish citizens can set up a company in Poland without any restrictions. A PESEL number and, in some cases, local representation may be required during the process — we arrange all of it.
What is the corporate income tax rate in Poland?
The standard rate is 19%. For small taxpayers with annual turnover below EUR 2 million it drops to 9%. In the first session we clarify which category you fall into and how your tax structure can be optimised.
Is there double taxation between Türkiye and Poland?
Türkiye and Poland have a double taxation treaty in place. For it to apply correctly, though, the company structure and income flows have to be set up properly from the start. We provide specialised advice on this.
What is ZUS and when is it paid?
ZUS is Poland's social security institution. Once you employ staff, you pay certain contributions every month as an employer. We handle the filings, the calculations and the payment tracking within our monthly accounting package.
What is KSeF and does it affect us?
KSeF is Poland's mandatory e-invoicing system. It is becoming compulsory for all companies in the near future. Our invoicing software is KSeF-compliant — it is included in our accounting package at no extra charge.
What happens if I don't hire an accountant?
Keeping accounting records and filing returns on time are legal obligations in Poland. Delays and omissions can lead to fines and, in some cases, personal liability. It is not worth the risk.
Can a Turkish citizen get a work permit in Poland?
Yes. Since Turkish citizens are not EU nationals, they need a work permit. Type A and Type B permits are the most common — we handle the application, the required documents and the entire Voivodeship Office process.
How long does a residence permit application take?
In the Mazovian Voivodeship (Warsaw), temporary residence permit applications take 3–6 months on average. A complete and accurate application shortens this — missing documents extend it considerably. We take on both the representation and the follow-up.
Can I bring my family with me?
Yes. Residence applications can be filed for your spouse and children under family reunification. School enrolment for children and setting up day-to-day life are also among our services.
What happens if my residence application is refused?
You have the right to appeal the refusal. For administrative delays, a complaint to the administrative court (skarga na bezczynność) is also possible. We provide legal representation in both.
Can I exchange my driving licence for a Polish one?
Yes. You can exchange your Turkish driving licence for a Polish one. The process covers document translation and the official application — we manage it.
How different is Polish business culture from Turkish business culture?
Quite different. In Poland, business relationships start out more formal and hierarchical, and trust is built slowly. Direct communication is expected in meetings and tolerance for ambiguity is low. Teams that enter the market without knowing this can take the right technical steps while sending the wrong relational signals. Our pre-relocation briefings are built to close exactly that gap.
Can you do business in Poland without speaking Polish?
Yes — in Warsaw in particular, English will get you through. But Polish builds trust, gives you an edge in negotiations and makes daily life easier. Our session-based language programme focuses on business and daily life rather than following the format of a standard language course.
Who are the wellness programmes for?
They are designed for individuals relocating to Poland and for expat teams. Adjusting to a new country creates real stress — companies that ignore it lose talented employees. Our mindfulness sessions, group fitness and corporate wellness programmes are built to reduce that risk.
Are coaching sessions online or in person?
Both are available. We have a venue in Warsaw for in-person sessions; the online format is offered to international participants at the same quality.
