Moving your employees or family members to Poland involves a series of administrative procedures that carry serious consequences when handled badly and still take time when handled well. We take on the legal representation at every stage, and we also manage the day-to-day logistics that decide whether a move actually turns into settling in.
On the residence and legal status side, we handle applications for a temporary residence permit based on business activity, temporary residence for other purposes, EU long-term residence and permanent residence, including legal representation throughout the procedure. Where necessary, we also file complaints against administrative inaction (skarga na bezczynność) and appeals to the administrative court. For foreign nationals we further handle marriage and divorce procedures, PESEL and address registration (meldunek) and exchanging a foreign driving licence for a Polish one.

Yes. Because Türkiye is not an EU member, Turkish citizens need a work permit. Type A and Type B permits are the most common — we handle the application, the required documents and the Voivodeship Office process.
In the Mazovia region (Warsaw), temporary residence applications take three to six months on average. Filing correctly and completely shortens that — missing documents extend it considerably. We take on the representation and the follow-up.
Yes. Residence applications can be made for your spouse and children under family reunification. School enrolment and day-to-day setup for the children are part of our services as well.
You have the right to appeal the refusal. A complaint to the administrative court (skarga na bezczynność) is also possible in case of delays. We provide legal representation in both procedures.
Yes. You can exchange your Turkish driving licence for a Polish one. The process involves document translation and an official application — we handle it.
