Michał Tkaczuk

I practised as a lawyer for more than ten years and founded and ran my own law firm. That taught me first-hand what a business is really up against in legal processes, in terms of both time and risk. I know how to spot the gaps before problems appear, not after.

I served as an executive in a company operating outside Poland. That experience showed me what it feels like to operate in a foreign country within an unfamiliar legal system, and what difficulties that creates for a business. Today I turn those uncertainties into clear, understandable and manageable processes for the companies I work with.

I worked first as Legal Director, then as CEO, and later as Vice President responsible for a group of subsidiaries. Working directly with major international partners in Denmark, Austria and Germany, I learned that legal advice only has value when it matches commercial reality. That is why I deliver solutions that are not only legally correct, but also commercially workable.

Outside work I play guitar and piano, compose music and play padel regularly. I believe a strong lawyer has to feed their creativity as much as their competitive instinct.
