Cultural Coaching, Language & Wellness
A successful move to Poland is not only a legal and administrative process — it is a human one. Culture, language and wellbeing determine whether a person performs well and whether they stay. We help individuals and organisations manage that transition actively and concretely.
Cultural coaching and language — for professionals who need to operate effectively in the Polish business environment, we offer Polish business culture coaching. Communication norms, decision-making dynamics and relationship-building conventions differ markedly from the Turkish and wider international context, and they often determine success more than technical competence does. For incoming teams we run pre-relocation cultural briefings before arrival — a full day, up to eight participants. Personal life coaching helps individuals and families work through both the emotional and the practical sides of relocation. Language support is delivered as session-based Polish language training and, for professionals working in an international context, Business English coaching. For corporate groups and intensive programmes, customised training is billed at an hourly rate.
Culture first, language second
Most relocation programmes teach Polish. We start with how Polish business life actually works: what is said, what is left unsaid, and what that means for your team's ability to build trust.
Built for the relocation context
Our coaching and wellness programmes are built around the pressures of arriving in a new country — not an expat rebrand of generic corporate wellness formats.
One point of contact for the whole journey
Because we also handle the legal setup, immigration and accounting, our coaching team sees the full picture of your people. The support is connected, not fragmented.
Wellness and wellbeing — for individuals dealing with the particular pressures of relocation, we run mindfulness and stress management sessions. Our corporate wellness programme is designed for expat teams and provides continuous, structured group wellbeing support. Group fitness and yoga sessions for expat teams provide a physical and social anchor, strengthening team cohesion during the transition.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quite different. In Poland, business relationships start out more formal and hierarchical, and trust is built slowly. Direct communication is expected in meetings and tolerance for ambiguity is low. Teams that arrive without knowing these differences can make technically correct moves while sending the wrong relational signals. Our pre-relocation briefings close exactly that gap.
Yes — English works, particularly in Warsaw. But knowing Polish builds trust, gives you an edge in negotiations and makes daily life easier. Our session-based language programme is focused on work and life rather than the classic language-course format.
They are designed for individuals moving to Poland and for expat teams. Adjusting to a new country creates real stress, and companies that ignore it lose talented employees. Our mindfulness sessions, group fitness and corporate wellness programmes are built to reduce that risk.
Both are possible. We have a venue in Warsaw for in-person sessions, and the online format is delivered to the same standard for international participants.
