Atilla Arda Beşen

As Founding Partner and Director of Client Relations at Entegra Poland, I bring to the role direct experience of founding and growing companies across a range of international markets.

As Founder and CEO of VolareVers Technologies, I led the company's international growth from its headquarters in Türkiye into Poland, Montenegro, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. Operating within the legal, cultural and commercial dynamics of five very different countries gave me solid, hands-on expertise in how market entry is managed successfully — not only strategically, but operationally.

Alongside VolareVers, I am a co-founder of AZRAK Teknoloji ve Sanayi A.Ş., which operates in the defence industry and UAV technologies. I also serve as a partner at Commerspecial, a company developing AI-powered creative solutions and learning technologies. In addition, as Chairman of the Board of XR Polska and an active member of XR Türkiye, I build bridges between the innovation ecosystems of Europe and the Gulf region, bringing organisations, communities and industries together internationally.

Academically, I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, and completed my master's in International Relations at the University of Warsaw. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Global Technology Governance at the same university. My research focuses on AI governance, platform diplomacy and the regulatory implications of emerging technologies.

I also teach at Vizja University Warsaw and the University of Warsaw, and regularly speak and contribute at international conferences and platforms on responsible and inclusive technological development.

At Entegra Poland I put all of this knowledge and experience to work towards a single goal: enabling companies to enter the Polish market successfully and grow here sustainably.
